The Coastal Local is a free local what's-on guide run by Saltwater Creative. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

When you add an event

• The event details (name, date, time, venue, price, description and link) are published on our website and social media. Only send details you're happy to share publicly.
• Your name or organisation may be shown as the organiser.
• Your email address is never published. We only use it to contact you about your listing.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored securely by our website host, Netlify. We keep them for as long as the event is listed, plus up to 12 months, then delete them.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details, add you to mailing lists or pass your email to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, change or delete your details, or have a listing taken down, at any time. Email thecoastallocaluk@gmail.com.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
